Come out and try another cool local brewery with one of the owners! Tonight, we will have Wendy Hallock pouring four of their delicious beers on the Tasting Bar. To learn more about them, check out the last time they were in or their website. They focus on mainly Belgian-style beers but also have a few session ales in their range. If you haven’t tried their beers, come out and give them a go.

The Beers:

  • Shine Runner Pils: “Originally a summer seasonal, this beer quickly became a huge favorite among many of our fans. So we decided to start brewing this classic Czech style pilsner year-round! It’s light, crisp, refreshing and easy to drink.” 5.3% ABV, 33 IBU
  • Cheeky Monkey: “When our head brewer used to misbehave as a child his British grandmother called him a “Cheeky Monkey!” As a tribute, he used a British maris otter malt when brewing this Belgian style golden ale, giving it a darker golden color and extra maltiness to compliment the fruity notes from the Belgian yeast.” 5.3% ABV, 25 IBU
  • Mad Hopper: “Our Mad Hopper is “MAD” for this beer. He is full on steampunk and on the edge of satisfying his thirst. Who wouldn’t be! This IPA is brewed with 6 varieties of hops. After fermentation it is dry hopped giving it that wonderful citrus aroma. The full flavor offers just the right amount of bitterness and great citrus hop nose that makes you come back for more.” 6.7% ABV, 55 IBU
  • Cocoboreal: “Indulge your senses in swirling layers of rich chocolate and coffee. Then ask yourself, how many chocolatey things can you add to a stout? We found three that we love. First we start out with two chocolate roasted malts. Then during brewing we add a big dose of rich cocoa powder. Finally we age this stout on (organic) cocao nibs.” 6% ABV, 31 IBUChaos Mountain
