The Wines:

  • Nastl Klassick Cuvee Gruner Veltliner 2016: Winemaking is a tradition for the Nastl family. They have a documented family history of it going back to 1656 and today, Renate and Günter Nastl with their kids Christian, Alexander and Petra, keep that tradition going. This 100% Gruner is a real acrobat! Perfectly at home on an elegant evening table, as an entertainer at a big party, as a charming companion while grilling out for the big game, or as a lovely addition to a festive occasion.
  • Fleur Pinot Noir Rose 2017: Since the first release of Fleur Pinot Noir in 1987, Francis Mahoney uses this brand to represent their decades of experience farming vineyards in the Carneros region and physically walking the vineyards of our grower partners to better understand the fruit those vineyards will produce. Their Pinot Noir Rose is a classic expression of floral and fruit aromas with fresh strawberry, raspberry, and honeysuckle on the palate. Nice acidity and great fruit, it will leave you with a mouth-watering finish that is super refreshing and perfect for pairing with fall salads and other crisp fall dishes.
  • Nastl Klassik Cuvee Zweigelt-Merlot 2015: Langenlois, hometown of family Nastl is the biggest winetown in Austria and situated in the romantic Kamptal in Lower Austria. It is the exceptional climate of the Kamptal that makes the wines of Nastl sing. This is a blend of 80% Zweigelt with 20% Merlot that is fun and fruity with a delightfulness that is surprising. A classical and elegant red that can turn any event into a party!
  • Aymara Barrel Selection 2015: Named after the Aymara culture, this wine is handcrafted from grapes grown in a one-of-a-kind vineyard that frames the foothills of Los Andes.   It is a blend of 40% Malbec, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Cabernet Franc that is manually harvested, destemmed, and soft crushed before being fermented with native yeasts. It is aged in new French oak for 12 months. It is a full-bodied red with an intense ruby-purple color and a deep aroma. It has tons of ripe black fruit and touches of cocoa. It is well balanced and perfect for fall barbecues.
