It’s not just wine and cider that come in a range of pink tones, beer does too! We will be pouring samples of some of our favorite pink pints on the Tasting Bar from 5-7p.

The Rogues Gallery:

  • Boulevard Hibiscus Gose: Gose is an unusual, yet resurgent, beer style. This beer pays tribute to the pleasantly sour, slightly salty wheat beers that originated in Goslar and became popular in Leipzig, Germany around the late 1800’s. A great introductory sour beer, Hibiscus Gose receives coriander and sea salt during boiling, then we steep dried hibiscus flowers at the end to create a vibrant pink hue (really, though, it’s pink!). The result is a tangy, sweet and sour ale with a refreshing citrus character. 4.2% ABV, 11 IBUs
  • Victory Kirsch Gose: Another version of the Gose, but this time with a fruity kick … a sharp, sweet burst of cherries. Sublime and effervescent, this bold and bright session ale has an enticing cherry-fruit character. Pours a ruby to light red with white foam. Aroma of fresh sour cherries with flavors of tartness, intense rounded cherry character, and a refreshing salty character. Crisp carbonation and light body are both combined into a thirst quencher. 4.7% ABV
  • DuClaw Funk: A Maryland classic in a refreshed can! This is a great combo of American wheat and hops with blueberries and meyer lemon. While it may actually be light golden in color, don’t underestimate its soul! 5% ABV, 16 IBUs
  • Champion Malibu Nights: According to Champion’s website, this beer is a “bright pink Double IPA” … come out and judge the color for yourself on this big fruity IPA that is made with Citra and Amarillo hops plus tangerines and hibiscus. If the beer’s color doesn’t convince, maybe the can will! 8% ABV, 45 IBUs
