Banshee Irish Red – A malt-focused easy drinking beer that exhibits some malt sweetness, followed by some light roast, and a somewhat dry finish, using English Pale malt, a touch of crystal malt, roasted barley, and English hops. 5.5% ABV, 20 ibus
Savior Doppelbock – “Doppel” meaning “double,” this style is a bigger and stronger version of the lower-gravity German-style bock beers. Originally made by monks in Munich, the doppelbock beer style is very food-friendly and rich in melanoidins reminiscent of toasted bread.
Right Proper Brewing Company started out of a vision that centered around DC as a hometown, with each neighborhood defined by a different culture and not one that relied solely on museums and monuments.
White Bicycles Foeder Aged Rustic Wheat – 5.4% ABV This revivalist beer was fermented in one of Right Proper‘s large French oak folders with our house mixed culture of wild yeast. They use a solera inspired blending method in which old beer is held back and blended with new beer to increase complexity and ensure a sturdy house character. After ripening, this ode to historic witbier was bottle conditioned and presented to you with aplomb.
Raised by Wolves – A medium-bodied, aromatic, dry-hopped pale ale. Not quite an India pale ale, nor a typical American pale ale, we brew Raised by Wolves to highlight the rich flavors and aromas of hops rather than their bitterness. This beer has aromas reminiscent of lush tropical, citrus and stone fruits with a juicy body that you can sink your teeth into. Malt: Pale, Caramunich, Oats & Hops: Simcoe, Citra, Comet
