Special Event and Corporate Support Policies & Procedures

The Crystal City Wine Shop provides a vast selection of wine, beer, cider, and gourmet foods. We are proud to serve Crystal City and our surrounding communities. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service and we look forward to working with you.

Basic Ordering Information

Large orders (more than one case of wine and/or beer) should be received by 2pm two full business days before the items are needed. In some cases, however, large orders may be accommodated more quickly. Smaller orders may be filled on shorter notice. Substitutions may be required because of stock availability, seasonality, and delivery schedule. If requested items are not available, we will work with you to find suitable alternatives.

A completed order form is required at the time of the order. Current sales tax is 6%. Order recipient must provide valid photo ID that verifies that he/she is 21 years of age or older, and sign for the delivery.


Delivery is based upon staff availability. Our standard delivery is fee is $10, but discounts may be available depending on the quantities ordered. Other arrangements (such as a courier service) may need to be made by your company for pick-up at our store.

For offices within five miles of our shop, a non-refundable delivery and service fee of $10 will be applied to the order. For offices more than five miles from the Crystal City Wine Shop, a minimum order of $150 is required, and a non-refundable $30 delivery and service fee applied.


The store offers standard discounts to all of its customers:

  • 12% off a mixed case (12 bottles)
  • 15% off a solid case (12 bottles)

Return & Cancellation Policy

The Crystal City Wine Shop accepts returns in the case of spoilage or corkage of a wine and/or beer. A full refund will be provided for the item(s) when returned to the shop.

Orders may be cancelled before delivery for a full refund. If an order has been delivered to the client, it may be cancelled and returned; however, the delivery and service fee of $10 (or $30, if more than 5 miles from the Crystal City Wine Shop) will not be refunded. A refund for returned products will be processed only for the items that are returned in good, resalable condition. Products that have damaged labels, that have been placed in ice or otherwise chilled, partial six or four packs of beer/cider, and/or products that have been opened do not qualify for refunds.

No refunds will be provided for over-ordering for an event. In some cases, an administrative credit card fee may need to be charged to a return (i.e., if the wrong credit card was provided and client requests that charge be placed on a different credit card).
